FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does GoGenesis AI do?

+

GoGenesis AI is a Chicago-headquartered applied-AI company. We find where AI creates the most economic value in your operation, prove it in a fixed-fee pilot against your own baseline, then scale it with governance, monitoring and human control, delivering through a vetted network of specialist platforms already running in production.

How long does a pilot take?

+

Discovery and data readiness takes 4–6 weeks. A controlled pilot takes 8–12 weeks, focused on one use case and one team, measured against your baseline and closed with an executive readout and a go/no-go decision. Both are fixed fee.

Do you replace our core systems?

+

No. Our platforms work alongside existing cores (for example Temenos T24), ERPs and historians through APIs or secure file transfer. No core replacement is required.

Where does our data live?

+

Hosting, access and data residency are agreed with your CISO before any data moves. Deployment options include private cloud, on-premises and air-gapped environments.

How are results measured?

+

Against your own baseline, using acceptance criteria you set during discovery. Value gates use simple formulas — for example, approval uplift × contribution margin for credit, or reviews avoided × cost per review for operations. Production only follows a pilot that clears its bar.

Which industries do you serve?

+

Ten industries: Banking & Financial Services; Oil, Gas & Energy; Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences; Automotive; Food & Beverage; Industrial Manufacturing; Construction & Engineering; Healthcare & Public Health; Logistics & Supply Chain; and Government & Public Sector — with cybersecurity across all of them. We work across the United States, the Caribbean and South America, Singapore and Southeast Asia, the Gulf region and India.

Who are your platform partners?

+

FinbotsAI (credit, growth, decision orchestration), Quadratyx (fraud, documents, procurement, conversational data access), dDriven (industrial digital twins), Cadel (accounts-payable automation) and Flatworld Solutions (AI agent delivery and operations support). GoGenesis is the engagement lead and single point of accountability.

Do you provide corporate AI training?

+

Yes. Corporate AI training built around real work: executive and board briefings, micro-training in 1–2 hour sessions, two-in-a-box pair working inside pilot teams, AI champions, technical tracks, data governance in practice and change management. We also prepare your team to run first- and second-line support after a four-week joint run period. Delivered on-site, virtual or blended: GoGenesis AI Academy, with content from our technology partners. See /training.

Do you offer AI for cybersecurity?

+

Yes, as capabilities available on request: AI threat detection, phishing and brand-impersonation detection, OT/SCADA security monitoring, fraud and cyber signal fusion, AI security and model protection, vulnerability prioritisation, and AI governance designed to support ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001. Scope and references are confirmed during discovery. See /cybersecurity.
